This is the first Freakverbration gig since December Last Year, it’s An Indie Tracks warm up gig with Happy Accidents and The Baby Seals playing at this years Indietracks in Derbyshire, adding to the bill we also have support from Pale Girls and The International Debt and it’s all at The Smokehouse in Ipswich.
Happy Accidents (London)
Happy Accidents has been one of our favourite UK indie bands from the very start. Their new album Everything But The Here And Now marks a real period of growth for the fledgling outfit, who have concentrated on pushing the whole sound of the band forward from the solid DIY roots they sunk on 2016 debut album You Might Be Right. Their best stuff yet, if you ask us! Not to be missed.
The Baby Seals (Cambridge)
Three-piece playing incredible catchy punk-pop with a strong focus on feminist issues.
The International Debt (BRIGHTON)
Kate reed from Violent playground and bring back her head)
kind of dead Kennedy’s, fugazi, the birthday party ish,
totally looking ford to this 🙂
Pale Girls are a punk rock band channelling influences in indie rock, emo and grunge. With a set of angsty love songs imparted through a coming of age theme, Pale Girls’ undisputed love for music is evident through their vigorous live performances.”
“Pale Girls deliver an energetic set of melodic hardcore meets grunge full of passion and enthusiasm. It’s obvious this lot love what they do, and that definitely comes across in their performance.
