We’re pleased to be able to announce the line-up for our next emerge night on Friday 27th July! For The Hornets, Chopper IV, The Fifths, and Circadian (not necessarily in that order!) will all be playing the John Peel Centre for the pocket-money entry fee of just £3!
For the Hornets are a rock / punk / rap band from Cambridge, who infuse a variety of influences from grunge, rock, punk and metal to create an intense and insane sound. 4TH bring an energetic live show which will leave your ears ringing and your eyes wanting more! They recently got through to the Cambridge Band competition final on the audience vote, playing to a sold out 850 capacity at the Cambridge Junction.
Chopper IV are a three-piece indie-rock band from Colchester.
The Fifths are an indie alternative band based in Cambridgeshire. The band consists of Simon (Guitar/Vocals), Jack (Guitar/Vocals), Jamie (Bass) and Matt (Drums). Formed only in December 2017 they have already played in a many venues in the local area.
Circadian are a two-piece, playing a fusion of indie/punk/rock, and are based in Bury St. Edmunds.
emerge is our local band night, showcasing exciting new local talent. Come along to support these talented artists and potentially see the international stars of the future!
Remember, emerge nights are for bands to perform and be supported by an appreciative crowd that will get to hear some great music, so all bands/artists and their fans are very much encouraged to support the other performers. Therefore if you are coming to see one band, please try to come for the whole evening – the bands will definitely appreciate it, and you will have a great time!
