We've just finished recording here, and it's the tits. They dont advertise so you probably wouldnt have heard of them, but they're in Woolpit between Ipswich and Bury St. Edmunds, and £350 per day (no specific number of hours) which considering the equipment they have there (all top of the range) is an amazing price. It's a purpose built place so if you've had enough of recording in peoples garages (not that there is anything wrong with garages) then take a look.

There are some nice pictures on the site here

or check out the video here

One to be added to the links section atleast. We're still to finish mixing but I'll post some samples on here in the coming weeks.

Thats pretty good I might keep that name for my band recordings in mind, If we can though we'll record at Springvale as bands of my bands type have played there like ENT (Death Metal Days more than the proper hardcore punk ENT are legendary for" and Cradle of filth) and Mark Harwoods a total legend i've only met him twice round Deans but he seems such a cool nice guy I look really forward to working with him after working with ENT and COF he must have a great mind when it comes to metal and grindcore, if we can get into Springvale I know Raw Noise and ENT have alot of the time taken up but hopefully we can get in for a small demo then start giggetty gigging I really can't wait for my band to get out there if you love Death metal and Grind you'll love us i'll post more details soon when we have properly recorded songs up, we have recorded songs but none with a good enough sound quality.

The Munkey Puzzle house is a great studio, thats where we recorded a load of the last Bonzo's album. Still mastered at Springvale though, partly for the old Neve 33609 Comp/Lim and all tube 2 bus output amps.

Add a good bit of warmth to the mix they do.

PS We are blessed with some really great studios in Suffolk and for some odd reason seem to be fairly world class in the engineer dept, for instance Rupert Coulson, Andrew Frier and Chenzo Townsend, good old Suffolk boys. Gemini's equipment list is now considered among the very best in Europe. And a few of the choicer bits and bobs have come from the demise of the former big names in the London studio facilities generally.

We did some stuff with Andrew Friar back in the 80s at Treetop. The recording still holds up well.
